Weather and radar with a little personality.
Coming soon to Google PlayGable is a weather app for people who actually look at the radar. Forecasts come from the National Weather Service, written by local forecasters, and the radar comes straight from NOAA: the same data the pros use, free, with no ads.
It also doesn't take itself too seriously. The sky on the forecast card moves with the weather, and Gable has a few opinions about it.
High-resolution radar from your nearest NOAA station, including velocity, hail and precipitation type, and rainfall totals, plus the national MRMS mosaic. Press and hold anywhere for the exact value.
National Weather Service forecasts in the U.S., with the forecaster's own summary for each day. MET Norway everywhere else.
NWS warnings for your places, on the forecast and as notifications, with quiet hours that never silence a tornado or flash flood warning. Always free.
